Compensation Range:

$38-$41/hour W2

Benefits:

Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Support manufacturing operations by coordinating material and production requirements to meet production goals. Determine appropriate inventory quantities based on operational demand and forecasts. Plan and order materials needed to maintain continuous production; release orders, expedite materials, and modify requisitions as needed. Schedule and prioritize production orders based on customer requirements, specifications, inventory, and available capacity. Coordinate manufacturing orders that require processing or finishing at other facilities. Communicate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, and other teams to ensure orders are completed on time. Monitor and report order status, inventory levels, material usage, and key performance measures. Identify and resolve planning, material, inventory, and scheduling issues while managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Maintain accurate reports and planning data using Excel and internal systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered. Ideally 2+ years of production, materials, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing planning experience. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, inventory management, and production scheduling. Experience prioritizing production needs based on forecasts, demand, inventory, capacity, and competing requirements. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large datasets, formulas, sorting/filtering, and maintaining reports. Strong organizational, time-management, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional email etiquette. Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
