Production Scheduling & Inventory Control Planner:
Owns and manages the rolling production schedule, coordinating between departments to ensure timely material availability and work order accuracy. Drives inventory controls through cycle counting, variance analysis, and visibility into shortages, excesses, or obsolete stock. Collaborates with Customer Service, Procurement, Engineering, Production, Shipping, and Operations to optimize production flow. Maintains real-time schedule adjustments based on capacity, material constraints, and production needs. Tracks material availability and ensures ERP/MRP data integrity to support manufacturing efficiency. Requirements for the
Production Scheduling & Inventory Control Planner:
3-5+ years of production planning/scheduling and inventory control in a manufacturing environment. Strong Excel skills including analysis, reporting, pivots, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and dashboards. ERP/MRP experience managing work orders, scheduling dates, and inventory transactions. Proven ability to own and adjust a rolling production schedule with real-time updates.
