High School Diploma or GED required Job Summary We are seeking a Distribution Associate to support warehouse and material distribution operations. This is a hands-on manual labor position involving primarily manual unloading of 18-wheeler trucks, along with some forklift and material-handling duties.
Important:
This is not a straight forklift operator position. Candidates must be comfortable performing both manual labor and forklift/material-handling work. Key Responsibilities
Manually unload materials from 18-wheeler trucks.
Safely lift, move, stack, and organize boxes and pallets.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (MHE).
Locate and place pallets into racks and designated storage locations.
Verify product numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
Use RF scanners and inventory systems to receive and track materials.
Build and organize pallets according to established procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.
Must be willing and able to perform manual labor and forklift duties.
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
Experience using RF scanners/MHE preferred.
Ability to read and follow warehouse/manufacturing documents.
Basic organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. as required.
