Dalton, GA 30721 Pay rate: $24/hr. JD Details Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations Coordinate daily inbound shipments and receiving schedules Verify shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery information Monitor unloading activities and ensure accurate receiving transactions Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding inbound status Report receiving discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly Maintain accurate inventory records within WMS/ERP systems Outbound Operations Coordinate outbound shipment schedules and carrier appointments Prepare shipping documentation including BOL, labels, and shipment reports Ensure orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Communicate shipment status and delivery updates to customers and internal teams Monitor outbound performance and resolve shipping issues promptly Support routing, load planning, and transportation coordination Operational Support Maintain daily operational reports and shipment tracking logs Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operational teams to support workflow efficiency Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and customer requirements Support inventory control and cycle count activities when needed Assist with issue resolution related to inventory, transportation, or customer claims Provide administrative and operational support for warehouse activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred Experience with WMS, ERP, or shipping systems preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic computer systems Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability Key Competencies Detail-oriented and process-driven. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Customer-focused with ability to build positive relationships.
