Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30 PM Job Summary This role is responsible for end-to-end logistics operations across Ocean Import, Ocean Export, US Drayage, and Air Freight. The position manages customer communication, coordinates with carriers, forwarders, and drayage vendors, and oversees freight cost/billing accuracy to ensure smooth and reliable logistics execution for key accounts. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree (Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean/air freight operations (experience in import, export, or drayage preferred) Business-level English communication skills (email and phone correspondence) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of responsibility
