Join the excitement of a dynamic company committed to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury Learning Services , a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 40 years, we've developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Benefits include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) Tuition Assistance Referral Bonus We are searching for a Full -Time Clinical Ops Coordinator to work in our residential programs located in Johns Creek, GA. This position is responsible for consistently implementing and supporting all systems and strategies necessary to support the client's treatment program. This role trains staff and monitors carry-over of strategies/systems, particularly on evenings and weekends. This role also works directly with the client and provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote client's success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits as identified by the clients' treatment plan.
Duties:
Works directly with the client and provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote the client's success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational/educational pursuits as identified by clients' treatment plan (e.g. residential/hygiene routines, meal prep and planning, apartment/room upkeep, transportation training, pedestrian safety, money management/budgeting systems, walking, PT exercises, visual exercises) Utilizes client information system on a consistent basis to ensure documentation of client and staff schedules, scheduled and completed physician appointments and overall stable activity patterns of clients Demonstrates ability to identify changes in clients' behavioral, medical, emotional, cognitive, and physical condition and alert applicable team members for appropriate care as needed Manage and improve current scheduling systems: 1. Review Therapists' schedules and disperse trackers to ensure clients are receiving contracted services and schedules are accurate. 2. Check grid assignments against actual facilitator follow-through (QA). 3. Ensure accuracy of client weekly schedules. 4. Ensure client weekly schedules match staff grids
Requirements:
A high school diploma and three to five years of healthcare experience with strong office/ administrative skills is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
