Role Overview We are seeking a Manhattan WMS Consultant with 2-5 years of experience working with Manhattan Associates solutions to support supply chain transformation and warehouse management initiatives. The role requires hands-on exposure to Manhattan solutions, strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes, and the ability to support implementation, configuration, testing, and production support activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in at least two Manhattan solutions , including Manhattan - WM, SCI, Labor Management, Slotting, and ProActive . You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze warehouse processes, support solution design and implementation, and contribute to successful delivery of Manhattan-based supply chain initiatives for global clients Key Responsibilities Analyze and document warehouse management and supply chain business processes and requirements Support configuration and implementation of Manhattan WMS and related Manhattan solutions Working experience in implementation / support of Manhattan Associates applications Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs Support Manhattan WM and related modules based on business requirements Participate in workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user discussions Prepare process flows, functional design documents, and test scenarios Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data, and system behavior Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions Provide functional support during implementation and stabilization phases Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of experience with Manhattan Associates solutions Experience in at least 2 of the following Manhattan solutions: Manhattan WM — Active WM preferred Manhattan SCI Manhattan Labor Management Manhattan Slotting Manhattan ProActive Understanding of core warehouse management and supply chain processes Experience in Manhattan implementation, configuration, enhancement, or support Ability to translate business processes into system requirements Experience in functional documentation and testing support Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Good stakeholder communication and consulting mindset Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams Preferred Experience Experience with Manhattan Services Experience working in a consulting environment Client-facing project experience Experience supporting Manhattan implementation or transformation projects Understanding of integrations and data flows within Manhattan / SCM ecosystems Exposure to warehouse processes such as inventory, inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, labor management, or slotting SQL, Excel analytics, or BI/reporting exposure Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields Work Authorization US citizenship or green card or valid work visas required Travel Up to 75% How to
