Review daily orders in Microsoft Dynamics BC and assign carriers based on lane and capacity. Manage dedicated high-volume lanes, including dedicated asset and/or drop-trailer programs. Coordinate with Shipping to schedule carrier appointments and manage yard activity, including communication with Security. Verify invoice accuracy and ensure timely carrier payment. Manage cold storage relationships, including capacity planning and rate negotiation. Resolve daily service and quality issues with carriers and cold storage partners. Support Sales with on-time customer deliveries and inter-warehouse product movement. Monitor freight and storage costs, balancing competitive pricing with service level as the top priority. Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office setting with a moderate noise level. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasional travel within North America.
