On-site Now hiring! Logistics Operator Associate Savannah, GA Rotating Shift We are looking for a Logistics Operator Associate to join our Performance Chemicals team in Savannah, GA. Come create chemistry with us! BASF's Catalysts division is the global market leader in catalyst technologies. The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services. As a Logistics Operator Associate within our Catalyst division, you will launch your career in a dynamic supply chain role supporting the production and distribution of innovative catalyst technologies. These solutions help improve air quality, enable cleaner fuels, and support the manufacturing of chemicals, plastics, and advanced battery materials. Based at our Savannah facility, you will play a key role in shipping FCC catalysts, co-catalysts, and additives that help petroleum refiners transform crude oil into gasoline, transportation fuels, heating oil, and petrochemical feedstocks used by industries around the world. During your 12-hour shift as a Logistics Operator Associate, you will Operate and monitor major plant equipment and processes, including blowers, valves, filters, screens, baggers, and pumps, in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, yard trucks, and railcar movers to support plant operations and material handling activities. Load and unload van trailers, bulk trucks, and railcars while ensuring compliance with safety and operational requirements. Coordinate daily activities and equipment utilization with team members to support production and shipping objectives. Load 20-foot and 40-foot ocean containers for customer shipments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and system performance. If you... Possess a High School Diploma or GED. Bring a minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. Are willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule in a continuous operations environment.
