Vehicle Storage Lead Description:

Lead daily vehicle storage and lot operations by setting priorities, assigning work, and helping the team stay on schedule. Train and support team members while monitoring daily performance, productivity, and attendance. Coordinate the receiving, movement, storage, staging, and release of vehicles throughout the facility. Maintain accurate vehicle locations and inventory records, including keys, tags, paperwork, and other tracking information. Perform routine lot and inventory checks to identify missing vehicles, location discrepancies, damage, delays, or security concerns. Coordinate vehicle movement with service teams, auctions, customers, and other departments to support efficient operations. Troubleshoot routine operational issues and communicate vehicle status, delays, or concerns to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle storage lot while following established company safety procedures. Bring previous experience in vehicle storage, automotive, dealership, transportation, fleet, or auction operations; team lead experience is preferred. Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills. Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
