Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate production schedules, optimize supply chain operations, and ensure seamless manufacturing processes. Your expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and ERP systems will be key to maintaining high levels of efficiency and meeting customer demands. Responsibilities Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS) to align with customer orders and forecasted demand. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle to plan, track, and adjust production activities. Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage logistics, inventory control, and procurement processes. Analyze demand forecasting data to anticipate production needs and prevent shortages or overstock situations. Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and eliminate waste. Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules proactively for optimal output. Generate detailed reports using Excel data analysis to support decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management, production planning, or manufacturing roles. Technical proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle; familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is essential. Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics inventory control. Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and demand forecasting analysis. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets using Excel. Effective communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure alignment on production goals. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
