- Located in Sioux City, IA
- Some evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability may be required Responsibilities Property & General Support Assist with routine property maintenance and upkeep Help with preventative maintenance and minor repairs Pick up supplies and complete assigned errands Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Assist with event setup and other property needs as assigned Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers when needed Transportation & Vehicle Care Safely transport individuals and guests to appointments, airports, meetings, and events Plan efficient travel routes while monitoring traffic and weather conditions Assist with luggage, deliveries, and assigned errands Perform routine vehicle inspections, cleaning, fueling, and basic maintenance checks Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, registrations, and service appointments Maintain accurate vehicle service and maintenance records Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for use Safety & Professionalism Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Follow safe driving practices and all traffic laws Respond professionally to changing schedules and last-minute requests Provide a high level of service in every interaction Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Excellent driving record required Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software Basic maintenance experience, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, or mechanical repairs, is preferred Experience in property maintenance, hospitality, transportation, customer service, executive support, or a similar service-oriented role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a strong commitment to confidentiality Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules when needed If you're a reliable, service-oriented professional who enjoys a hands-on role with varied responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.
