Job Description
Supply Management Planner responsible for coordinating purchased-part deliveries, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting material availability across manufacturing locations. Job Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. General computer and data-entry proficiency. Experience supporting purchasing, supply management, material planning, or supplier delivery activities. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Recent graduates with a relevant degree may be considered. Experience with SAP. Experience working with internal and external suppliers. Experience supporting material or purchased-part delivery within a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Manage and monitor the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers. Track material deliveries across one or more locations. Monitor supplier delivery status and identify potential shortages or delays. Maintain supplier and material information using internal systems and spreadsheets. Use Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to track delivery and planning data. Update purchasing, supply, and delivery records as required. Coordinate material requirements with purchasing, planning, manufacturing, and supplier teams. Support resolution of delivery issues affecting material availability. Maintain accurate records related to purchased parts and supplier deliveries.
