Job Description

Shipping/Logistics Clerk Our client in Des Moines is looking for an experienced shipping/logistics clerk. Strong knowledge of the shipping and receiving process is required. This is a full time, temp-to-hire role. This position may require working between 2 facilities on the NE side of Des Moines.
Starting Pay:
$19.50/hour
Hours:
7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, OT as needed
Duties:
Process and troubleshoot customer orders. Resolve order discrepancies as needed. Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified orders. Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. Process, audit, and file shipping documentation.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience working in a customer service role within a logistics environment. Strong knowledge of BOLs. Strong customer service skills and attitude Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math skills. Click "Apply Now" to complete an application or submit a resume! z
