This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between our Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to process and deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage orders from receipt through invoicing for some of the largest retailers and e-commerce partners in the market. Monitor inventory levels, manage shortages, and coordinate replenishment when needed. Schedule shipments with carriers and within customer TMS systems to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate with warehouse teams for shipment planning and fulfillment coordination. Transmit Advanced Shipment Notices (ASNs) to customers as required. Generate and verify invoices, ensuring tax accuracy and proper documentation. Support the Logistics, Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams as needed to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies. Must Have 2+ years of professional experience in order management, logistics, or related operations. Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and shipping requirements simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative team mindset. Highly Desired Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience with Sage X3 or comparable ERP systems. Prior experience supporting retail or e-commerce order fulfillment. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
