In this role, you will assist with shipping, receiving, order processing, and inventory handling while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established productivity and safety standards. You will work under direct supervision, following detailed instructions and procedures.

$16.00/hour Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials in shipping and receiving areas. Pick, pack, label, and verify products for shipment. Prepare shipping documentation (UPS logs, Bills of Lading, etc.). Process returns, including direct mail returns. Deliver stock from the warehouse to designated processing areas. Maintain organized inventory and verify stock against requisitions. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Follow detailed packing instructions and procedures. Pre-inspect products for shipping, inventory, or returns processing. Count, tally, and label materials; obtain required signatures. Perform basic preventive maintenance and safety inspections on equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment. Basic math, reading, and data entry skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Experience operating material handling equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work without direct supervision. Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse environment with productivity expectations. Requires frequent standing (up to 80%) and walking. Regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, and repetitive motions. Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Exposure to moderate noise, dust, and moving mechanical parts. Requires adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines.
