Description of Logistics Coordinator Working from work orders, purchase orders, supervisor direction and related information, get information (weight, dimensions, ship to address, etc.) and determine optimal route and carrier Provide cost to customers and develop bills Ensure inbound freight meets expectations Communicate with customers and leadership team Full time, long-term position 1st shift position Requirements of Logistics Coordinator 2-3 years experience in logistics in a production environment preferred Experience with shipping classes, international shipping, and 3PL a plus Must have reliable transportation, position is NOT on a bus line Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check Reliable work history with good references required Compensation of Logistics Coordinator $21
