COMPENSATION
$22 - $24/hr + incentive eligible
PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Supply Chain and Commercial team personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(performs other duties as assigned): Creates and maintains item codes as needed. Maintains and distributes a variety of reports. Updates to various system parameters in ERP system. Supports review process of test reports for electronic storage. Review Supply Chain inboxes and action as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma 1 -3 years of previous general office experience Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to maintain effective working relationships and perform within a team environment.
