Westaff is Hiring for Multiple Shifts at a Distribution Center in Windsor, CT!

Schedule:

4 days a week, 10 hour shifts. Multiple Schedules Available.

Pay Rate:

$17 - $18 an hour

Position Requirements:

Receive & Scan Inventory — unload, scan, and verify incoming merchandise Pick & Pack Orders — accurately select and prepare items for shipment Audit & Ship Products — ensure orders are correct and ready for delivery Use RF Scanners to track all inbound and outbound inventory Enter Data into the inventory management system Maintain Warehouse Safety — keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris Meet Quality Standards set by distribution center leadership May work at elevated areas above ground level as needed

Qualifications:

Flexible availability — able to work overtime when required Physical ability to stand 8-10 hours and perform pushing, pulling, bending, grasping, and lifting Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience 6+ months operating material-handling equipment (motorized) 6+ months RF scanning experience 6+ months inventory system data entry
