This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the logistics industry from the ground up. You will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations behind freight movement, shipment coordination, documentation, and transportation processes while working alongside an experienced team.

What You'll Do:

Enter and maintain shipment information in internal systems, making sure details are accurate and up to date Monitor shipments throughout the transportation process and update records as information changes Review shipping documents, bills of lading, delivery confirmations, and other paperwork for accuracy Work with internal teams, carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners to keep shipments moving Maintain organized files and records related to shipments, carriers, and customer accounts Help prepare routine reports related to shipments, deliveries, and transportation activity Learn the different stages of the transportation process and how each function works together to move freight

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree No experience required- we will train the right person! Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep information organized Comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and data-entry systems Good communication skills and the ability to follow up when information is needed Someone who is curious about how logistics and supply chains work and is willing to learn
