What You'll Do Coordinate orders and shipments and ensure information stays accurate and up to date Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses, vendors, and internal departments Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries Monitor shipments and proactively follow up on delays or issues Enter and maintain order, customer, and shipment information in internal systems Prepare, review, and organize shipping and logistics documentation Research and resolve discrepancies or missing information Maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs Keep multiple priorities organized and ensure important details don't fall through the cracks Assist the Operations team with projects and additional responsibilities as you develop your knowledge What We're Looking For Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Previous logistics experience is helpful, but not required Administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other professional experience is welcome Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional communication skills and confidence working with different people Comfortable working with numbers, data, spreadsheets, and computer systems Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn Why This Is a Great Opportunity You'll be exposed to the full logistics process, giving you the opportunity to develop skills that can translate into long-term opportunities throughout operations and supply chain.
