Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor shipment status and proactively identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., delays, clearance holds, missing scans). Handle routine exceptions and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Communicate client needs clearly and coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Warehouse) and external partners (airlines, brokers, trucking companies), ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups. Proactively engaging existing customers and optimizing customer growth and retention through detailed account management. Assist with customer feedback collection and service improvement initiatives. Support process standardization and improve execution efficiency within assigned scope. Independently manage end-to-end shipment processes including booking, customs clearance coordination, warehouse coordination, and last-mile follow-up. Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation (e.g., customs documents, BOL, clearance data).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communication, Supply Chain, or related fields a plus). 1-2 years' experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, or similar roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM systems or order management workflows is a plus.
Salary Range:
50-55k annually
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
