Trend Technologies is a worldwide corporation specializing in the manufacture of sheet metal products and complex assemblies for many of the world's leading high-tech companies. Trend Technologies has an immediate full-time opportunity for a CMM Programmer at our Elk Grove Village, IL facility.

JOB SUMMARY

You will be a hands-on technical authority, ensuring our precision components meet exact design specifications by utilizing advanced metrology and programming tools.

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES CMM

Programmer creates, edits, and optimizes inspection routines using PC-DMIS, Inspec, and Polyworks. Metrology operations include performing measurements utilizing CMMs, Optical Comparators, surface plate techniques, and other open set-up metrology tools. Responsible for ISR (Initial Sample Review) and FAI (First Article Inspection) documentation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma 1 year of hands-on CMM programming experience, inspection and quality control.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in PC-DMIS, Inspec, and Polyworks. Strong PC and language skills to accurately document and report quality data. Hands-on knowledge of CAD software strongly preferred. Match Vacation Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
