Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Mascoutah, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping documentation, scheduling carriers, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with shipping, receiving, or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare delivery tickets for warehouse and production distribution. Process shipments and create shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Shipping Labels. Obtain freight rate quotes for LTL and Truckload (TL) shipments. Schedule carriers and coordinate shipment pickups. Process outbound and inbound subcontractor/vendor shipments. Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP software and internal databases. Assist with requests for proof of delivery, shipping documents, freight estimates, weights, and dimensions. Investigate and help resolve shipping discrepancies and errors. Download and maintain shipment photos and related documentation. Collaborate with multiple departments to support daily logistics operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or transportation. Experience working with ERP systems required; SAP experience is a plus. Knowledge of LTL and Truckload shipping processes preferred. Familiarity with freight carriers, routing, and shipping procedures. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
