Responsibilities:

. Enter customer load information accurately into the transportation management system and maintain customer records. . Monitor pickups and deliveries, ensuring loads arrive on time and communicating status updates to customers and account managers. . Coordinate delivery appointments, reschedule as needed, and provide routing instructions to drivers. . Investigate and document shipment issues, including shortages, damages, overages, and delayed deliveries.

Requirements:

. Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, customer service, or load coordination. . Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. . Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams. . Proficiency with transportation management systems, Microsoft Office, and shipment tracking tools.
