PTO, 401K, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance About the Opportunity We are seeking a Supply Chain Engineer 2 to support a critical global supply chain operation by developing data-driven tools, improving material visibility, and optimizing logistics processes across multiple facilities. This role combines supply chain expertise with analytics and reporting capabilities to support efficient material flow, inventory management, and transportation performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, SharePoint solutions, Microsoft Lists, and other reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance. Analyze logistics, inventory, transportation, and material flow data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities. Support inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of materials across the supply chain. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory reduction, demand and supply alignment, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with suppliers, planners, carriers, IT teams, distribution centers, and business stakeholders to improve logistics execution and material visibility. Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making. Monitor supply chain performance and help prioritize actions across multiple facilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Associates degree considered with additional relevant experience. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, material planning, transportation, inventory management, or data analytics. Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI. Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and other Microsoft platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial supply chain operations. Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and material flow processes. Experience supporting multi-site or global supply chain environments. Lean, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization experience. Why Apply?
