Align Medical is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our growing operation. This role is primarily office-based and is responsible for managing inventory, loaner systems, audits, and surgical tray preparation. The position also includes occasional field support, assisting with the delivery and pickup of equipment to ensure cases run smoothly. This is a critical operational role that directly supports our sales team, surgeons, and hospital partners. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory across multiple product lines Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations Stage and prepare surgical trays and implants for upcoming cases Manage loaner trays, including tracking, coordination, and returns Ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance of all trays and sets Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing product shipments Assist with delivery and pickup of equipment for surgical cases as needed Communicate proactively with sales reps and operations team regarding case needs Maintain organized, accurate records related to inventory and loaners
