Store Manager - Vendor Flea Market Texoma Management | Kendallville, IN Full-time | $20-$23 per hour | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. About the role Texoma Management is looking for a dependable, organized Store Manager to help run our vendor flea market in Kendallville, Indiana. We need a friendly people person who is handy with basic repairs and comfortable using technology and our management portal. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys supporting vendors, helping customers, and keeping daily store operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing. Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, answer questions, and coordinate booth setup and day-to-day needs. Build positive relationships with vendors and customers and resolve concerns professionally. Use our management portal to keep records current, track tasks, and communicate updates. Handle basic repairs, minor upkeep, and practical setup tasks; report larger maintenance issues to management. Oversee checkout, cash handling, and accurate daily sales records. Keep vendor spaces and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Coordinate staff tasks and follow through on daily priorities. Communicate with management about sales, vendor needs, maintenance issues, and opportunities to improve the market. What we are looking for A friendly, approachable people person with strong customer service and communication skills. Someone handy with basic tools, minor repairs, and everyday maintenance tasks. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Comfort using computers, email, and online systems, with the ability to learn and use our management portal. Dependability, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Comfort with sales records and cash handling.
