In this role, you will coordinate training calendars, enrollments, and logistics; track completion and performance data; and partner with operations leaders and trainers to align content to business needs. You will maintain learning systems, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement of curriculum. Ideal candidates bring strong organization, data accuracy, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast paced retail supply chain environment.
