Supply Chain Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $20.50 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 08:00pm) Plan and release outbound customer orders to ensure on-time shipment and service level expectations are met. Monitor and resolve order issues by working with operations teams to prevent shipping delays. Maintain inventory flow by managing pick locations and replenishment levels for efficient order fulfillment. Communicate daily with operations staff regarding volume changes, system issues, and order priorities. Coordinate product movement for special events and support customers, carriers, and internal teams as needed.
Supply Chain Specialist Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant supply chain experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or order planning. Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and resolve order discrepancies in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and operational reporting tools. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams; must be able to work the scheduled shift of 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and meet company background screening requirements.
