Zing Recruiting has partnered with a local medical device company and is looking for a Distribution Specialist to join their team in the Warsaw area! The Distribution Center Specialist will perform a wide variety of shipping and receiving tasks for the Warehouse. This person also will provide customer support and process orders.

Distribution Specialist or Warehouse Associate Location:

Warsaw, IN $17-18/hr.

Hours:

M-F 1st shift

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Engineering and Quality teams via email Verify part/ lot numbers and quantity returned matches ERP Receive orders from Customer Service Receive product shipments into ERP system Update inventory counts and make necessary changes in ERP Prepare International shipping documents (taxes, duties, field questions) Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory Provide phone and email support to customers Assist in assembling product sets for distribution Prepare shipping labels and packaging product. Assist in counting and receiving shipments, including verification of inbound shipments

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent MRP or ERP experience strongly preferred Experience in warehouse or distribution Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and other employees of the organization Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
