Job Description Star Transport LLC dba Big Star is looking to fill a Logistics Specialist position in their Arkansas City, KS/Winfield, KS office. Candidate must be capable of handling "hot and heavy" situations with inventory control of petroleum products in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Colorado retail markets, as well as follow DOT regulations. They will supervise and coordinate the movement of products between the various petroleum loading terminals and the customer's facility in as prompt and efficient manner as possible. Candidate will also be supervising upwards of 50+ drivers. Currently looking for Dispatchers Job Pay $45,000.00 starting salary . Salary only goes up from there commensurate with experience. 90 Day reviews dictate our employee's base salary.

Daily Performance Bonus :

for each day worked that a dispatcher doesn't have any errors/mistakes, they receive a bonus that is paid out on each check (bi-weekly) so that they can see the hard work paying off. Schedule 3-4 WORKDAYS

Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday) We are currently looking to fill day and night positions. Shift times are 6p -6a. Will be set shift schedules.
