Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our customer service/dispatch department. The ideal candidate will oversee all transportation routes and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating drivers, operational staff, and shipments with customers, via bulk tanker transportation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and capable of multitasking Experience in tracking and analyzing equipment with drivers Prior experience in customer service or logistics (1 year minimum) High School diploma/GED required (bachelor's degree preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation routes and delivery schedules Coordinate with drivers, operational staff, and customers Ensure all commitments to customers are fulfilled Schedule appointments and track shipments Analyze equipment usage and optimize driver efficiency We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in transportation to join our team as a Trucking Dispatcher.
