Job Description

Assists with a wide range of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations activities, providing timely support to teams within the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You accurately input customer orders and communicate with customers regarding their orders on a daily basis. You also verify all orders to ensure accurate sales data in our system. You monitor new raw honey Purchase Orders that are ready to be picked up at the ports, and then allocate and schedule the orders for delivery at the correct warehouse on the correct date. You evaluate available finished goods, build and adjust loads as necessary in the system, and tender the loads to carriers You evaluate and complete various requests from Marketing, to make sure product gets to the correct locations as needed, and complete the necessary transactions for these movements. You create accurate blends for our local pack facilities based on the daily/weekly production schedule. You provide back up for other team members in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations areas, and assist with any other project or task as requested.
TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED
You are computer savvy and have the ability to learn and leverage programs as required. You are able to analyze data and troubleshoot discrepancies, then fix the issue to ensure accuracy and resolve the issues promptly. - You are efficient, organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task. You excel at managing and supporting a variety of disciplines and working independently to meet long- and short-term deadlines. You are a team player and willing to help out wherever needed. You embrace change and challenges with a positive outlook. You have excellent customer service and communication skills. You are an effective and direct communicator. You have strong problem-solving skills which allows you to be able to independently evaluate situations and complete difficult tasks.
