Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator provides strategic support to our operations, shipping and sales teams. Processes orders by entering sales order data into an ERP system and oversees cycle of order fulfilment to final shipment to customer.
Job Duties:
Enters sales orders into an ERP system;Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of inventory locations, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions; Monitors work in process;Receive purchased items, compares to PO for accuracy and enter items into LN accounting system;Collect finished good production numbers and enter into LN accounting system;Assists external visitors and truck drivers with permit collection and shipping paperwork being completed for loads.
Qualifications:
Skill Level I — 1-2 years of experience or AA/AS or Vocational/Technical Degree;Skill Level Il — 2-5 years of experience or Specific Experience or Technical Certifications;Skill Level Ill — 5-7 years of experience, Technical or specific experience; Skill Level IV -7-9 years experience, Technical or specific experience;Skill Level V — 10 + years of experience, Technical & ERP experience; understanding of supply chain;HS Diploma or GED, or a combination of related work experience and education;Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
