full-time Key Responsibilities Improve supplier portal utilization, adoption, and compliance. Lead supplier onboarding, training, and ongoing user support. Identify adoption barriers and coordinate corrective actions. Develop basic project plans and track progress toward goals. Collect and validate master data for non-contract parts. Prepare lead-time review files for Interiors leadership. Communicate with suppliers and provide weekly progress updates. Track action items and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Flexibility to work alternate shifts based on supplier needs. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Experience with supplier portals, data management, or supply chain processes preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
