Pack Leaders can bring up to 2 dogs for FREE DayPlay when they're on duty. You'll work with friendly teammates in a supportive, happy, work environment. Part-Time and full-time hours are available! Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and have Weekend Availability. Pay & Perks Pay Raises every 90 days! Development opportunities with Woof's Free DayPlay for your dogs while working Full-time employees are eligible for benefits (Health, Dental & Vision) after 60 days. 401(K) retirement plan & company match for employees 21 and older. Duties & Responsibilities Ability to work while continuously on your feet showing the dogs attention and care Proactively address behavior in a timely manner with approved methods. Woof's has zero-tolerance for mishandling of animals or using non-approved animal management methods Continually monitor dogs and keep the play areas free of messes by continual spot cleaning throughout the shift Follow standard cleaning procedures including proper use of chemicals to ensure a safe environment for animals and people Understand and follow the feeding, medication, and allergy lists to ensure that all health standards are met consistently Work cohesively and respectfully with your teammates Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor in all aspects of your position including room management and customer service Qualifications Dog or animal experience preferred, but not required Customer service experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and bend repetitively Ability to lift and carry dogs and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs. Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
