Job Description
Ethnix Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Erlanger, KY . This role is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, monitoring route performance, supporting drivers in real time, and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics or transportation, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively communicate with drivers, planners, and operations teams to resolve issues and keep deliveries on schedule. Responsibilities Monitor daily transportation operations and route performance. Provide real-time support for roadside incidents, breakdowns, and service disruptions. Coordinate hotel accommodations and driver support when necessary. Track routes, transfers, and delivery status to ensure on-time performance. Support route planning and provide operational assistance when needed. Generate operational reports and communicate route updates to the Logistics team. Coordinate with Operations regarding route changes, equipment issues, and delivery performance. Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and support compliance with company procedures. Utilize company systems including Samsara, Web Limena, Smart Delivery, Route4Me , and other transportation management platforms. Ensure assigned routes are completed and properly closed each day. Process customer payments when applicable. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a related logistics/transportation role is
