Job Description
Logistics Coordinator DDX Transport | Full-Time DDX Transport is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing 3PL team. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, and making sure every load moves smoothly from pickup to delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate freight from pickup through delivery Communicate with customers and carriers Track shipments and provide proactive updates Resolve delays and transportation issues quickly Schedule pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate shipment and carrier information Work closely with sales and operations to meet customer expectations What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a sense of urgency Team player with a willingness to learn Transportation or logistics experience is required What Makes Someone Successful in This Role At DDX, we believe logistics is ultimately a people business.
