Job Description:

Support clinical supplies operations for low- to moderate-complexity clinical studies, including drug/device receipt, ordering, storage, labeling, inventory management, distribution, returns, accountability, and destruction. Maintain accurate study data, inventory records, expiration tracking, metrics, and reports while ensuring activities comply with SOPs, GxP requirements, and client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support administrative and logistics activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical/vocational qualification preferred 2+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of clinical supplies, GMP/GxP, logistics, labeling, packaging, and inventory management Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Intermediate English proficiency Proficiency with Microsoft Office Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
