About the Role As a Logistics and Distribution Specialist, you will serve as the backbone of our project success by ensuring that critical materials and equipment reach job sites safely and on schedule. You will play a vital role in optimizing our supply chain flow, directly impacting the efficiency of our installation teams and the overall satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Coordinate the timely transport of materials and supplies between vendors, warehouses, and active project sites. Execute the loading, unloading, and securement of freight to ensure zero damage during transit. Manage warehouse inventory accuracy by processing inbound shipments and preparing precise order staging for field crews. Operate heavy material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to maintain an organized facility. Maintain comprehensive delivery logs and digital documentation to ensure operational transparency. Uphold rigorous safety standards and traffic regulations to protect yourself, your team, and the public. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or commercial driving. Proven ability to operate medium-duty vehicles (10,001 lbs. GVWR or greater). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a commitment to safety. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving climbing, kneeling, and bending. Strong verbal communication skills for effective team and customer interaction. Preferred Skills Prior certification or hands-on experience with forklifts and pallet jacks. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. Experience with inventory management software or digital data entry systems. Proven track record of working independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
