Job Description
1. Receives and fills all supply requisitions from departments including Periodic Automatic Replacement (PAR) and Point of Issue (POI) replenishment 2. Courier duties as assigned. 3. Receives and delivers and /or shelves all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy of shipments, noting damage or shortages. 4. Prepares request for procurement of material. 5. Compares information on shipping notices to material received or issued to verify accuracy of order. 6. Interfaces directly with staff members of the user departments to determine the need for additions or deletions to the PAR Level Replenishment System for their department. 7. Notifies the Material Management Director when supplies or special orders are requested. 8. Maintains all equipment utilized in transporting supplies in a manner that ensures reliable and safe operation. 9. Restocks utilizing proper rotation, organization, identification, documentation and proper location of stock items. 10. Performs additional task as assigned by the Director. 11. Maintains all areas of materials storage in a neat and organized manner.
