Sure Logix is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining shipment information, reviewing freight documents, uploading required paperwork, and supporting communication between customers, vendors, drivers, and internal operations staff. Pay $16-$18 per hour, based on experience. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Responsibilities Enter and update shipment, routing, delivery, and billing information. Review shipping documents and resolve missing or incorrect information. Maintain special instructions, appointments, ETAs, and required shipment documents. Respond to shipment-related emails and coordinate with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal teams. Provide general data-entry and administrative support as needed. Requirements Previous data-entry, administrative, customer-service, transportation, or logistics experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based systems. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage accurate, time-sensitive work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read shipping documents and validate shipment details, weights, quantities, and charges. Experience with transportation management, logistics, or shipment-tracking systems is a plus. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with international, bonded, in-bond, or customs-related freight. Familiarity with air freight, air waybills, or airline cargo processes. Experience with linehaul, LTL, routing, shipment tracking, delivery appointments, or proof-of-delivery documentation.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
