Job Description

Join our Supply Chain Operations team — manage inventory, procurement, and more! The Procurement team strategically manages our acquisition of goods, services, and raw materials to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. We go beyond transactional purchasing to drive value through vendor relationships. The Procurement Replenishment Planner is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective replenishment of inventory to support business operations and customer demand. This role manages procurement activities, monitors inventory levels, analyzes demand forecasts, and collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and supply disruptions. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs and demand forecastsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materialsMonitor supplier performance and address issues related to delays, shortages, and qualityAnalyze inventory levels and demand trends to maintain appropriate stock levelsAdjust replenishment parameters, including reorder points and safety stock levelsIdentify and manage excess, aging, and slow-moving inventoryMaintain accurate inventory and procurement data within ERP systems and generate performance reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies and communicate supply risks Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fieldExperience in procurement, inventory planning, replenishment planning, or supply chain operationsProficiency in ERP, MRP, or inventory management systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailEffective communication and ability to collaborate across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer goods environmentKnowledge of demand forecasting methods and inventory optimization practicesExperience with supplier performance tracking and purchasing processesFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles
