Overview Join our dynamic team as a Transportation Network Company (TNC) / Ride Share Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing transportation operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment. • Perform within the "TNC Trip Desk" centralized operations of the MediTrans home office in close collaboration with tech leadership.
• Identify, initiate, track, and manage all applicable NEMT trips through MediTrans software platform and Uber and/or Lyft portals.
• Facilitate with dispatch and call center teams to receive eligible TNC trips for fulfillment or to return to facilitate traditional NEMT trips in the event of TNC non-fulfillment.
• Conduct lowest-cost provider analysis on each trip, based on TNC pricing indications.
• Optimize all available and eligible trips to TNCs on a daily basis. Minimum Required Education and Qualifications High School Graduate required; Associates preferred
• Proactive, high attention to detail, and problem solver who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a lot of visual stimulation and technological interfaces.
• Data analytics and decision-making experience, including healthcare / transportation data systems experience preferred.
• Proactive and investigative leader who can visualize and anticipate needs, questions, outcomes, etc.
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), or transportation industry specialty preferred.
• Be comfortable in a collaborative, high-production, meaningful-impact environment.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
