The ideal candidate will coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory needs, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and help ensure supplies are available when needed. Key Responsibilities Coordinate incoming deliveries of food, beverages, supplies, and equipment Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment requirements Organize receiving, storage, and distribution of restaurant materials Verify deliveries for quantity, quality, and order accuracy Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, drivers, and restaurant staff Maintain accurate delivery, inventory, and logistics records Help organize storage areas for efficient access and product handling Track supply orders and follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries Support cost-effective and efficient logistics procedures Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant operations, logistics, inventory, or supply coordination preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Good attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy Basic computer and inventory management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented About the Company Sam's Southern Eatery is a food service business focused on Southern-style dining and a welcoming customer experience.
