Responsibilities :

Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports. Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice. Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage. • 3+ years of administrative experience required; prior experience working in a construction/new-home sales office is a plus. Skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, team player mentality, flexibility, and willingness to pitch in whenever any job needs to be handled at UBH. Education
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Not required, but would be a plus!
