Job Description

Masis Staffing is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to support a busy Logistics Center operation in Auburn, MA . This is a hands-on role focused on processing customer returns, material handling, and completing transactions in SAP while maintaining strong safety, quality, and productivity standards. Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail Investigate and resolve returns-related issues and follow up to completion Execute SAP transactions related to logistics/material handling Support additional logistics tasks and cross-train/fill in across roles as needed Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic computer skills Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment Strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience using SAP #MFT3 Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
