Position Overview for the Part-Time Conventions Coordinator II Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conventions, and exhibits. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth event operations. Manage inventory requests, confirm product availability, and track all logistics through the internal system and SAP. Assist in process improvements, system updates, and compliance to enhance department efficiency. Part-Time Conventions Coordinator II :

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in high-volume customer service or order management.
