Job Description

Summary:
The Crew Logistics Coordinator helps arrange and track travel, lodging, and transportation for crew members throughout the airline system. This position works closely with crew members and other departments to ensure travel plans are accurate, cost-effective, and meet operational needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Book and coordinate crew travel, hotel, and transportation arrangements. Communicate with crew members to confirm travel needs and itinerary details. Update and maintain records of crew travel arrangements. Assist with travel planning for training events and operational requirements. Work with Crew Scheduling, Training, Employee Travel, and other departments to support crew movement. Monitor travel changes and help resolve travel-related issues. Track travel expenses and provide information as requested. Prepare routine reports and spreadsheets related to crew travel. Follow company policies and procedures regarding crew travel. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Airline, travel coordination, or crew scheduling experience preferred. Availability on weekends and holidays. Knowledge of company systems is preferred.
